Warranty & Returns Policy

At Seraluna Luxe, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.

If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 30-day warranty for change of mind returns, subject to the conditions below:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.
  
• Returns must be made to the original retailer where the purchase was made.
  
• Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Opened items - We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Sale items - items marked for clearance will not be eligible for return or refund unless faulty
